Seafood Dirty Rice 🍤🍚 Ingredients: 2 cups long-grain rice, cooked ½ lb ground sausage (pork or beef) 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup crawfish tails (or extra shrimp if unavailable) ½ cup crab meat (optional) 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 2 celery stalks, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil or butter 2 tsp Creole seasoning 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional) Salt and black pepper to taste 3 green onions, sliced (for garnish) --- Instructions: 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground sausage until browned, breaking it apart. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, add olive oil (or butter). Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until soft and fragrant. 3. Add shrimp, crawfish, and crab meat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until seafood is just done. 4. Stir in cooked sausage, rice, Creole seasoning, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine and heat through. 5. Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.

3. Add shrimp, crawfish, and crab meat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until seafood is just done.



4. Stir in cooked sausage, rice, Creole seasoning, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine and heat through.



5. Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.
