Ingredients (makes 6 cups):
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra halves for topping)
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:
1. Prepare Brownies: Bake brownies according to package directions. Let cool, then cut into small chunks.
2. Make Cheesecake Layer: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a fluffy cheesecake filling.
3. Assemble Cups: In each cup/ramekin, layer crumbled brownie, cheesecake filling, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and chopped pecans. Repeat the layers until cups are full.
4. Top & Serve: Finish with caramel drizzle and pecan halves on top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
