Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground hamburger, browned and drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (roasted garlic flavor recommended)
1 large block Velveeta cheese (Mexican style works great)
1 lb pasta shells, cooked and drained
Instructions:
1. Cook the hamburger: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground hamburger until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
2. Combine soup and meat: Return the drained meat to the skillet. Add the cream of mushroom soup directly (do not dilute). Stir well to combine and heat through.
3. Melt the cheese: Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and gradually add them to the skillet, stirring constantly until completely melted into a smooth sauce.
4. Add the pasta: Stir in the cooked and drained pasta shells. Mix thoroughly to coat all the pasta in the cheesy meat sauce.
5. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, savory comfort!
