Shrimp Boil with Corn and Lemon


Ingredients:


2 lbs large shrimp (shell-on)


4 ears corn, cut into halves


1 lemon, sliced


4 cloves garlic, minced


4 cups water


1/2 cup butter


2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)


1 teaspoon paprika


1 teaspoon black pepper


1 teaspoon salt


Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



Instructions:


1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 8–10 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.



2. In the same pot, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant.



3. Stir in Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add lemon slices.



4. Add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes, until pink and cooked through.



5. Return corn to the pot and toss everything in the seasoned butter sauce.



6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
