Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta


Ingredients:


12 oz fettuccine (or spaghetti)


1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined


2 tablespoons butter


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 cup heavy cream


1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/2 cup whole milk


1 tablespoon olive oil


Salt and black pepper, to taste


Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



Instructions:


1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.



2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.



3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.



4. Stir in heavy cream and milk, bringing to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.



5. Return shrimp to the skillet, then toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.



6. Season with extra salt and pepper if needed.



7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
