Garlic Shrimp Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
1 large baguette (or Italian bread)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just pink.
3. Place bread halves on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little cheese, add shrimp evenly, then cover with remaining cheese.
4. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.
5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
