Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts
Ingredients
For the Donuts:
1 can biscuit dough or pre-made donut dough
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
1 can peach slices in syrup or fresh peaches, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or crushed digestive biscuits
1/4 cup glaze (store-bought or homemade with powdered sugar and milk)

Instructions
Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling:
Combine peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the peaches are tender and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add heavy cream and continue mixing until the filling is fluffy and creamy. Set aside.
Fry the Donuts:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Modify the biscuit dough into donut shapes and fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and allow to cool slightly.
Assemble the Donuts:
Cut each donut in half horizontally.
Layer the bottom half with cheesecake filling, then top with peach cobbler filling.
Top the Donuts:
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Drizzle with glaze and finish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Make-Ahead: Prepare the fillings a day in advance and store them in the refrigerator.
Air Fryer Option: For a healthier alternative, cook the donuts in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
